Serving as a Contract Senior Service and Learning Leader, I have accomplished the following for my clients:


  • Reduced attrition in technical roles and growing technical delivery capabilities by providing:
    • Skills gap analysis to formulate a stop-gap curriculum plan
    • Developing role-based blended learning programs to align with Job Descriptions

Our Global SE team supported over 30,000 Sales and Sales Supporting roles by delivering world class SE experiences. My specific role encompassed collaboration with SE Directorship and the sales organization to manage a team of professionals in 3 regions each with their own budgets and provisions to develop and deliver:
